It has been a long transitioning but I truly have to thank Ms. Jeannette for pulling through with us. I personally never knew that purchasing a home takes so much patience. Since we were out of state buyers, she was the one on the ground throughout the journey, sending us pictures and videos. She also kept in contact with both the builder and the lender a daily basis. What can I say? We will use her again because she went above and beyond and stayed the course- I almost gave up! Response time was quick when we had concerns, going the extra miles even though she didn't have to. Great interpersonal communicating skills and just one of a kind.
